Document Control Specialist Opportunity

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Document Control Specialist to join their client's team in California. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and efficiency in document management. The role involves both physical and digital file management, requiring a candidate who can maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and organize physical HR and personnel files
  • Scan and digitize documents using designated scanning equipment
  • Accurately label and rename files following internal guidelines
  • Upload and organize digital files within OneDrive
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily searchable
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Assist with shredding and recycling outdated materials
  • Follow established processes for document management and quality control

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, records management, or filing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with document scanning and digitization preferred
  • Comfortable working with both physical and digital file systems
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, file naming, folder organization)
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Work Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm.

Compensation

Max Pay: $27.00 per hour

Min Pay: $23.00 per hour
